Quick thought on fun.
I like to wear my socks on hardwood floors and slide around. Although stairs can be treacherous.
A new day dawns and the vessel pulls up its moors heading out to uncharted seas. Fear and hope dance upon the salty breeze. A new world beckons and plays upon the Pilgrims heart. Yet many trials lay ahead, waves of toil and winds of distress bring opportunity for faith. And so I say: "The morning after storm, the land yields sea treasure. Trouble my water."

Try sliding around the house to music-makes it much more fun.
yeah...well thats true but now your sounding more like Tom Cruise in Risky Business! and not quite sure if thats a good thing. : )
Look, as long as you aren't jumping up and down on the couch preaching Scientology, in your undies, then you are good to go. :)
I completely enjoy doing this! I've minorly hurt myself several times when I get going too fast and slam into the end of my hallway....heehee.
Although I have never injured myself by "gliding: around the house, my dog has had many minor injuries as a result of our collisions. :) We continue to have fun!
Eternal Youth . . . priceless
I used to have "slipslop socks", the softest, fuzziest socks for the sole purpose of sliding across the freshly waxed floors, a wonderful ritual I did once a week until I decided one day I was much too mature for such silly things.
Today, I have aquired a lovely pair of "slipslop socks" realizing, that actually I haven't matured, only become deathly boring!
